Refund Policy
This policy covers Pro subscriptions for Chart Maker (including its Map Maker), the SVG Map Generator and the Pixel Map Generator.
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you’re not happy with Pro, you can get a full refund within 14 days of any payment — your first purchase or a renewal, monthly or yearly. No reason needed.
2. How to request a refund
- Email editor@amcharts.com from the address on your amCharts account, or
- contact Paddle, our reseller, using the link in your receipt email or at paddle.net.
Payments are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record, so the refund goes back to your original payment method. It usually appears within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
3. What happens after a refund
Your subscription ends right away and your account moves to Free. Your charts stay saved and you can still open, edit and export them. Publishing and the higher Pro limits stop.
4. After 14 days
Payments older than 14 days aren’t refunded, and we don’t refund part of a period. You can cancel anytime from Account — you keep Pro until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
5. Your legal rights
This policy doesn’t limit any rights you have under the law where you live, including the EU right of withdrawal.
